The development of mechanisms and programs aiming to generalize universal services;
• The elaboration of studies and researches for the promotion and generalization of universal services in urban and rural zones and this in collaboration with Tunisian public services and other concerned organisms
• The training and assistance of new promoters to guarantee the use of terminals which help to benefit of universal services and internet networks.
ATUSUT aims also to promote national, regional and international cooperation with similar associations and organisms. At this title, exchange of visits, information and expertise with national and international institutions, which act for the promotion of international cooperation in this field, would be highly appreciated and favorable for our young Association and would help it to achieve its assigned objectives.
